Joessifieds License Information.

1. Who owns the copyright to Joessifieds?
The copyright to Joessifieds is owned by Pixel Neck Geeks, LLC. By purchasing Joessifieds, you are not entitled to any resell rights or ownership of the copyright. However, you may use the system in your own sites and clients' sites, you just can't resell the system by itself as your own.

2. Are there any restrictions to your use of Joessifieds?
You can use Joessifieds in any way you wish, aside from selling and distributing the system. Let us know how you are using it and we'll post it on the website!

3. May I charge money to distribute Joessifieds?
No! If you design a website and include Joessifieds in it, you may resell it with the site. But you cannot redistribute the system alone for profit or free. This is a one user license. If you sell your website, the user license will be transfered to the buyer, so please inform them as well. So, you can't create a bunch of cheap websites with Joessifieds and sell it on eBay or anything like that.

4. May I remove the "copyright" statements from the source code to Joessifieds?
No, you must keep all copyright notices and credits in the source code.

5. I have modified Joessifieds for my own web site. Do I have to release these modifications?
No, but we encourage you to share your mods with others.
